I'm building a digital agency that runs on AI. Not a gimmick — a fully operational business where artificial intelligence handles the prospecting, outreach, website builds, deployment, invoicing, and client management.
The opportunity is clear: thousands of South African small businesses have no website, an outdated one, or zero digital presence. They're running their operations on WhatsApp and word of mouth. I'm going to find them, reach them, and give them a professional online presence — faster and more affordably than any traditional agency can.
My role is to oversee, approve, and grow.
Three core services, designed to compound on each other over time.
Professional, mobile-first websites built and deployed within days, not weeks. Packages start at R4,500 and scale with complexity.
We don't just build and disappear. Clients pay monthly to keep their site maintained, updated, and running. This is the recurring revenue engine.
Once the lead generation system is proven, we sell it. Attorneys, real estate agents, and insurance brokers pay us to run AI outreach campaigns on their behalf.
This is where it gets interesting.
We use AI to identify South African businesses that need a website — pulling from Google Maps, industry directories, and business databases. Leads are qualified automatically based on whether they have a site, how current it is, and their social presence.
Instead of a generic cold email, the business owner receives a short video that speaks directly to them — mentioning their business by name and explaining exactly what we can do for them. This is done at scale via Bhuman.
The video leads into an automated email sequence. Warm leads get booked directly into my calendar. I take the call and close the deal. No cold calling. No manual prospecting. The machine runs itself.
